Hannah is a certified yoga instructor and health coach based in the East Bay, serving the greater Bay Area. With her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and health coaching credentials from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Hannah brings expertise and heart to every class she teaches.
Hannah has been practicing yoga since 2018. Originally drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, she quickly discovered the many other transformative aspects of the practice. Through consistent dedication, she has gained flexibility, strength, and balance, but yoga has also helped her navigate life's challenges with more ease and grace.
As she explored the teachings of yoga, Hannah found herself empowered to confront discomfort, to look inward, and to bring mindfulness and presence to all aspects of life. This personal transformation inspired her to share yoga's healing power with others throughout the Bay Area.
Since January 2024, Hannah has been teaching at CorePower Yoga's Blackhawk studio in the East Bay, where she teaches to all experience levels. Whether you're in Oakland, Berkeley, Walnut Creek, Livermore, or surrounding Bay Area communities, Hannah is available for private yoga sessions, corporate wellness programs, and group classes both in-person and virtually.
